Teabag Subscription
How does the teabag subscription work?
Our Golden Series whole leaf pyramid teabag subscription lets you choose any 10-bag box and set your delivery frequency:
- Weekly – 20% off
- Every 2 weeks – 15% off
- Monthly – 10% off
Your first month of tea is free (you only pay shipping). One free trial per household or payment method. After the free month, your plan renews automatically at the chosen frequency until you pause or cancel.
Can I subscribe to multiple tea types at once?
Yes. On each teabag product page, choose your subscription frequency and add the box to your cart. Repeat for any other tea you like. Your subscription will follow the mix you build.
Can I cancel or modify my subscription?
Yes. You can pause, cancel, or change your subscription any time from your account dashboard. Please make changes at least 48 hours before your next billing date so they apply to the upcoming shipment.
Products & Storage
What makes your Liu Bao teas special?
Our Liu Bao collection features carefully selected aged teas from the 1980s–2000s, stored under stable conditions and released in limited quantities. Many are vintage or collector-grade lots.
Are your teabags made with nylon?
No. We use biodegradable corn-fibre pyramid bags that are food-safe, heat-resistant, and more eco-friendly than nylon.
How should I store my tea?
Keep tea in a cool, dry place away from light, moisture, and strong odours. Avoid fridge storage. Pu-erh and Liu Bao can continue to age if stored in a clean, breathable environment.
How do I care for Yixing purple clay teapots and kettles?
Rinse with warm water only (no soap or detergent) and dedicate one vessel to one tea type (for example, one pot just for Wuyi rock tea or Liu Bao). Over time, the clay will season and enhance aroma. For a detailed routine, see: How to Clean Your Yixing Teapot Daily .

How do I enter the 2025 Lucky Draw?
Leave a review on any product you purchased between 1 Jan – 30 Dec 2025. Each published review = 1 entry. One review per product. There is no minimum spend.
Where do I submit a review?
Log in to your account, open your order, and click through to the product page. Scroll to the Customer Reviews section to submit your review.
When will winners be announced?
The draw will take place on 31 Dec 2025 at 10 PM MYT. Winners will be announced via:

Shipping & Orders
Where do you ship to?
This site ships within Malaysia only. We use PosLaju for standard delivery nationwide, and Lalamove / Grab for same-day deliveries within Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Putrajaya). For full details and rates, see our Shipping Policy.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout and depends on your region and order value. As a guide:
- Klang Valley & West Malaysia: free shipping from RM300 and above
- East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): free shipping from RM300 and above
Same-day delivery within Klang Valley uses Lalamove / Grab. The RM8 fee at checkout is a deposit only; we will confirm the actual courier fee with you before dispatch.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery estimates:
- Klang Valley & West Malaysia: around 1–6 working days
- East Malaysia: around 3–6 working days
Same-day delivery is available for Klang Valley orders placed before 12 PM (GMT+8), subject to rider availability.
What happens if my parcel is delayed or lost?
All parcels include tracking. If you notice unusual delays, please contact us with your order number and tracking ID.
If a parcel is confirmed lost within Malaysia by our courier, we will either resend the same goods (subject to stock availability) or work with you on a suitable replacement. For full details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my tea?
Tea is considered a food product and is non-returnable unless the wrong item was shipped or the product arrived damaged. If there is an issue with your tea, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
Can I return teaware?
Selected teaware may be returned within 7 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original condition and packaging. However, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Antique or vintage teaware
- One-of-a-kind handmade or artisan teaware
- Individual loose teacups
- Items marked as “final sale”
All approved returns are refunded as store credit only, in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel and include:
- Your order number
- Photos or videos of the damaged item and packaging
Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue store credit if a replacement is unavailable. For non-quality-related returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.
Do you offer cash refunds?
No. All approved returns on this Malaysia site are refunded as store credit, which does not expire and can be used on future purchases at store-chazhiji.net.
