Jing Zhi refers to the grade of tea, which is rarely found outside of China. This is a refined shou puerh that was made with top-grade leaf from Xishuangbanna, Yunnan Province and was processed using traditional piling techniques to ferment and compress the tea. This Jing Zhi shou puerh has lost its bitter, astringent flavour and has mellowed into a silky smooth tea with a mild, full-bodied character. Upon swallowing, it leaves the throat feeling comfortable and well-lubricated.
