Bai Rui Xiang ("Hundred Harmonious Fragrances") is a rare Cliff Tea varietal with a history of more than 100 years of cultivation, and is harvested in late April each year. This tea was made using traditional methods with several charcoal roasts.
Bai Rui Xiang carries a fragrance reminiscent of herbal plants, with a rich and sweet flavor. It has a strong aftertaste, a pleasant throat sensation, and a noticeable rocky aroma. Its dry tea leaves are slender and fine, with a greenish-brown color, a pronounced aroma, and an elegant taste. The tea leaves have a yellow-green hue with red edges.
