Handmade Bu Zhi Chun

Bu Zhi Chun, also known as 'Unaware of Spring,' is typically harvested in mid-May each year, as it only starts sprouting after spring has passed, giving it its unique name. This tea is a classic among famous tea varieties. It is a custom tea made using traditional craftsmanship, and Cha Zhi Ji has preserved the precious aroma of this rare variety since its brand was developed in 1999.

Bu Zhi Chun is a highly aromatic variety, with a clear and distant floral fragrance and a rock milk aroma. It has a rich and enduring taste, smooth on the palate, and leaves a lingering aftertaste on the teeth and cheeks. The cold fragrance is even more long-lasting and distant. The tea liquor provides a full sensation, and its texture is exceptionally good, offering a distinctive 'taste.'

Its appearance is dense and twisted, with tightly knotted tea leaves, displaying a lustrous green-brown color. The infusion has an orange-yellow color, and the tea leaves unfurl evenly, with good thickness and flexibility. The green leaves have red edges, and the residual aroma is fresh.
