“Congratulation” Liu Bao – Aged in Malaysia, Crafted in Tradition

Originating from Wuzhou, Guangxi, this mid-1990s Liu Bao tea is part of Cha Zhi Ji’s Ma Cang Chen Chun Series, known for its mellow depth and classic charm. Made using time-honoured fermentation techniques including wet-piling and steaming, this tea underwent decades of careful Malaysian storage that shaped its distinct aged profile.

At the time of production, this batch was fermented lightly to allow greater room for aging development. Over time, the tea matured beautifully — the infusion now expresses a soft aged aroma, sweet richness, and silky texture. It promotes salivation and leaves a comforting, long-lasting aftertaste.
