Our half-handmade Rou Gui is a fragrant Cliff Tea made from the leaves of the Rou Gui (“Cassia”) varietal, named after the tea tree variety, is a large shrub-type tea tree. This tea is a custom tea made using traditional craftsmanship, and Cha Zhi Ji has preserved the precious aroma of this rare variety since its brand was developed in 1999. The tea tree variety is a large shrub, and the appearance of the finished tea features even, curled tea leaves with a lustrous dark green color. When you smell the dry tea, it has a sweet fragrance.
When brewed, the tea soup has a pronounced high aroma. It offers a rich and refreshing taste on the palate, leaving a lingering aftertaste on the teeth and cheeks. The infusion has a clear and bright amber color, and the tea leaves at the bottom of the cup display green leaves with red edges and a soft luster.
