Jin Suo Shi ("Golden Key") is made by carefully selecting one bud and three plump and tender leaves. This tea is a custom tea made using traditional craftsmanship, and Cha Zhi Ji has preserved the precious aroma of this rare variety since its brand was developed in 1999.
Jin Suo Shi's tea soup carries a floral and milky aroma with a strong flavor. The tea soup is smooth with a slight hint of bitterness. Letting the tea linger in your mouth for a few seconds, you may notice a slight bitterness on the upper palate initially, followed by a sweet transition and a pronounced aftertaste. As you continue to steep the tea, the sweetness in the soup increases, providing a sense of honeyed sweetness and leaving a fresh and refreshing aftertaste.
The tea leaves are tightly rolled, with a lustrous green-brown color, and the tea soup is clear, orange-yellow, and bright. The tea leaves at the bottom of the cup display good resilience.
