Our old-growth ripe Pu-erh tea originates from Yunnan, where we exclusively select fresh, tender buds and leaves from tea trunks over a century old. Using exquisite pile-fermentation (渥堆) techniques, we craft this tea to perfection. These old tea trees grow in a pollution-free area deep in the mountains, their deep roots absorbing nutrients from the underground soil, eliminating the need for artificial fertilization or pesticides.
This Pu-erh tea boasts a sweet and fragrant tea soup in the same year of production, with a thick and dense taste that is both solid and smooth. With natural aging over time, it develops a new flavor profile, becoming sweet, mellow, thick, and full-bodied.
