This rare Tieguanyin is hand-harvested from tall, wild-grown tea trees on the slopes of Nanshan. The tea garden is left untended—no pesticides, no fertilizers—allowing the trees to grow freely and develop their own complex character.
To harvest, tea workers climb ladders and handpick the fresh buds directly from the high branches. The leaves are then traditionally crafted using Tieguanyin processing methods and roasted over lychee wood charcoal for 25 hours.
