Handmade Shui Jin Gui

Shui Jin Gui ("Golden Water Tortoise") is one of the four famous tea varieties in Wuyi Cliff Tea, is typically harvested around mid-May, with a focus on plucking two or three leaves. The tea buds and leaves are plump, displaying a yellow-green color under sunlight, with relatively fewer fine hairs and shorter intervals between nodes. This tea is a custom tea made using traditional craftsmanship, and Cha Zhi Ji has preserved the precious aroma of this rare variety since its brand was developed in 1999.

Shui Jin Gui has well-rounded and naturally loose tea leaves, with a lustrous green-brown color that resembles the appearance of precious items. Its inner quality boasts a long-lasting and clear fragrance, reminiscent of plum blossom fragrance, with a pronounced and uplifting aroma. The flavor is rich, sweet, and fresh, with a smooth and refreshing mouthfeel, showcasing a strong rocky essence. The tea liquor has a clear orange-yellow color, and the tea leaves at the bottom of the cup are thick and even.
